$500.00 deposit to be paid to confirm booking. Deposit is non-refundable if event is cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice.

We do not charge a venue hire.

Minimum of 40 guests required for private booking. Less than 40 guests & requesting private booking costs can be negotiated.

Meals served alternately. No charge for cake service. Canapes on arrival can be served at an additional cost.

Numbers to be confirmed 5 days prior to event with catering costs paid in full.

A valid credit card imprint to be provided for bar & any additional costs. Account to be finalised at the end of the event.
